Leather Edge Painting for Custom Products
Edge painting builds a colored and refined finish on suitable exposed leather edges. Preparation, coating layers and curing are planned around the material, edge geometry and target appearance.
A clean edge starts before paint is applied
Cut quality, edge alignment, surface preparation and the construction of joined layers affect the final result. Coating cannot reliably hide every structural problem, so edge design is reviewed as part of the product.

Applications and limitations
Edge painting may be suitable for exposed edges on leather panels, cases, accessories, wrapped components and decorative assemblies. Very flexible constructions, sharp internal corners or incompatible coatings may require a different edge solution.
When a product also needs stitching or wrapping, the edge finish is coordinated with those operations.

Provide clear edge photos or drawings, material thickness, color reference, construction details, quantity and expected use. If the product has a testing requirement, include it for project-specific discussion.
